Who's Getting Rich of Rich Dad?

This is a great investigation on the Rich Dad seminars moving in and out of towns all around the continent... and just another reminder to be critical before spending your money.

Don't get me wrong- I was one of the people who threw down dollars for some of the advanced education, but looking back, I think I could have found it for free in a number of other ways.

Have you haerd? Zero-down deals are dead!

Well they say it's true as can be and if you believe all you hear there is no way to do a zero down deal anymore. No way. No how. Can't find ANYONE to do those deals anymore!

So, have you just given up? Or are you digging harder to find your deals?
